Booking questions, answered
How does payment work?
You pay securely online when you book — cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay, via Stripe. And you stay free: cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund, no questions asked.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within the hour, every day between 8am and 11pm Paris time. Booking a same-day tour? Message us anyway — if a cart is free, it’s yours.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your tour, and we’re happy to move your booking to another day or time instead.
Where does the tour start?
At your hotel door. Pickup is included everywhere in central Paris where access allows; we confirm the exact meeting point when we confirm your booking.
I don’t have WhatsApp — can I still book?
